Three roots · One kitchen
Three roots.
One table.
Plenty to talk about.
FlavorFog Kitchen started with three friends, three food traditions and a shared belief that the best food brings people together.
01 — Where it began
Hyderabad.
Kashmir. Lahore.
Three places. Three food traditions. Three friends who ended up in the same corner of North Wales.
FlavorFog grew from the food we grew up with, the meals we remember, and the things we’ve learned to love along the way.
There’s the heat and spice of South India, the comfort and generosity of Pakistani cooking, and the familiar flavours of British food. We’re not trying to force them into one cuisine. We simply cook the food we love, and put it on the same table.

Our point of view
Food for people
who love food.
We’re proud of where we come from, but FlavorFog isn’t about rules or knowing the right thing to order.
Come because you love South Asian food. Come because you’re curious. Come because someone told you about a dish you have to try.
Know exactly what you like or fancy trying something completely different — there’s room at our table.
03 — Our place
Proudly rooted
in Beddgelert.
FlavorFog is built here.
From The Royal Goat in Beddgelert to Bangor’s market streets, local events, celebrations and community gatherings, we’re part of the places and people around us.
We believe good food should bring people together, and that being part of a community means more than simply serving it. It means turning up, getting involved and doing things properly.
02 — The people
The people
behind the food.
FlavorFog started with three friends. That still matters.
As we grow, you'll meet more of the people who make FlavorFog what it is — one dish, one story and one table at a time.
Come hungry
Come hungry.
We’ll take care
of the rest.
Planning a celebration, a gathering, a wedding or something a little harder to put a name to?
Tell us what you’re thinking. We’ll work with you to create food that feels right for the occasion.
